Training Resources DDN Management Solutions provides education; training, mentoring and facilitation for the following ISO based management system Standards: ISO 9001 Quality Management System, AS9100 Aircraft and Aerospace Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management Systems, ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Management Systems Requirements.Our methodology is a “learn by doing” very interactive “Hands on” approach. We provide courses offsite at locations as announced by the News and events link. Also, we provide onsite training so there are no travel costs. We bring the training to your facility! AS9100C Upgrade Training AS9100C will be required by all organizations going forward. The AS9100C transition process is such that organizations are now upgrading. Registrars are requiring AS9100C upgrade during the next surveillance or reassessment event. AS9100C & AS9101D training will be conducted and focus on the significant revisions of the standard ie Risk Management, Configuration Management and Project Management. It will also focus heavily on the process effectiveness measurements required by AS9101D. The PEAR(Process Effectiveness Assessment Report) process will be completely reviewed and fully implemented. We have auditors that have been fully trained in the AS9100C & AS9101D requirements and are currently auditing to the AS9100C & AS9101D requirements. We offer a very complete Internal Audit training and mentoring program as part of the upgrade package. This will verify the completeness of the training and assure confidence during the registration upgrade audit.

Measurement Uncertainty Training for Laboratories requiring Accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025. Training starts with theory that follows the principles of the Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement (GUM) and then follows into the interactive workshop with a “learn by doing” hands on approach! Measurement Uncertainty Budgets for each technology is developed using measurement uncertainty software that is easy to use and developed by DDN Management Solutions. Safety Training – A variety of different safety related training is offered to meet requirements of OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management System requirements.
